SwapYard is a noticeboard that lets independent merchant outlets list surplus or aged stock for other outlets to buy, and post requests for stock they're looking for. SwapYard connects outlets to each other — it does not process payments, arrange delivery, or take a commission on any transaction.
Access is limited to independent merchant outlets. By registering, you confirm the details you provide are accurate and that you have the authority to list stock on behalf of your outlet.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You're responsible for the accuracy of anything you post — descriptions, condition, quantity, and price. SwapYard does not inspect, verify, or guarantee any stock listed on the platform.
Once contact is made through a listing or request, any deal — including price, payment, condition, and delivery — is agreed and carried out directly between the outlets involved. SwapYard is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for disputes, damaged or misdescribed stock, non-payment, or delivery issues arising between outlets.
SwapYard may introduce an access fee for outlets using the platform. Any such fee, and its terms, will be communicated directly to outlets before being applied — nothing will be charged without notice.

You keep ownership of the photos and descriptions you post. By posting them, you give SwapYard permission to display them on the platform for other outlets to view.
We may suspend or remove an account or listing that breaches these terms, misuses the platform, or is inactive.
SwapYard is provided as-is. We don't guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for losses arising from stock quality, deals made between outlets, or platform downtime.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
